Creating an AD4

The AD4s are actually created when you construct the classification system. This tutorial just demonstrates how you can access and download the Data Dictionary relating to a selected classification. It is assumed that you have logged in, and have an exisiting classification with attributes set up to produce a document from.

1. Step 1

• Click on the Data Dictionary / Classification hierarchy menu item

8. Step 2

• Expand the class you wish to report on and locate the download icon along the record. It's the circle with a down facing arrow inside it.

• Locate the downloaded file in your browser and clic to open and review.
